Here is my pattern with a step-by-step photo tutorial if you want to crochet one for yourself.

QUEUE / TAIL
1/ en bleu 13 ml,
2/ puis piquer dans la 2nde maille et faire 12 ms, arrêter le fil
3/ en blanc, piquer dans la première chainette puis faire :
3 ms, 3 db, 3 br, 2 dbr
dans la dernière maille faire 6 dbr
puis 2 dbr, 3 br, 3 db, 2 ms, arrêter le fil
1/ in blue, ch 13,
2/ sc in 2nd st from hook, then 11 sc
3/ in white :
3 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, 2 tr
in last st, crochet 6 tr
then 2 tr, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 2 sc, fo
MOUTH
1/ en rose, cercle magique et 9 ms, mc, arrêter le fil
2/ broder la bouche avec de la laine noir
1/ in pink, mr, 9 sc, sl st, fo
2/ in black, embroid the mouth
ASSEMBLAGE / ASSEMBLY
Coudre toutes les pièces sur le corps, en centrant bien les éléments
Sew all pieces on the body, well centered.
YEUX / EYES
Pour les yeux, j'ai essayé 2 techniques :
- broder directement le noir sur le corps x 2
- utiliser un cercle noir (mr, 6 ms, mc) et le coudre sur le corps x 2
les 2 techniques fonctionnent, à vous de décider celle que vous préférez.
Image de gauche : yeux brodés directement - Image de droite : cercle noir cousu (plus de relief)
For the eyes, I have tested 2 methods :
- embroid with black , directly on the body x 2
- make a black circle (mr, 6 sc, sl st) and sew it on the body x 2
both methods are ok , it's up to you.
